Wishing all the Father’s Happy Father’s Day,
I’m Remembering all the fun times and teachable moments some were even disciple of how Dad loved and cared for me how I was so important that he took the time to share the daddy moments with me. Reminding me to continue to be a respectful young lady, not allowing myself to feel less important because of the behavior of others. Remembering how we picked fresh fruit and vegetables and showing me how to cook and clean fish, then share a hamburger and strawberry milkshake at McDonald’s.
Maybe you have moments that you can reflect on sharing with your Dad or that special someone that was like a dad to you please take a moment to honor them and let them know how they meant so much to you, if possible go see them or call them.
We have gotten too comfortable with communicating through texting take the time to show that someone you care make time don’t wait for a special occasion to say thank you or I love you because before you know it time would have slipped away, stop making excuses, There are some that don’t know the love of a real father, someone, to teach them the expectations of life and someone to share life experiences with. If by chance you have not been a responsible father give that child/children a GOOD father experience that he/she deserves to make a difference in their lives start by showing them you love them.
